Eligibility Criteria for Court Marriage:
- Boy should be 21+
- Girl should be 18+
Witnesses:
- Any two witnesses with their Adhar card and 1 passport size photo each.
Documents Requirements for Court Marriage Registration:
- Boy & Girl
- ID & Address Proof
- Age Proof
- 5 passport size photo each
- Marriage card
- Marriage photo – 1
- Divorce Decree/ spouse death certificate in case of divorced/widow/widower
